1. Privacy of Information

PaperWeb Design understand that the information that you provide to us is private and confidential and will not pass on of any information obtained either via the website or through customer generated sales and enquiries via email, phone, fax or mail to third parties.

2. Payment

Full payment for templates is required prior to delivery. Payment can be made in two ways:

1. By credit card utilising PaperWeb Design's online credit card payment system.
2. By Paypal.
   

3. Purchasing Online

Where a customer makes a purchase online, payments are processed using the eWay gateway offering 1024 bit bank encryption to provide secure transactions. PaperWeb Design’s ecommerce system uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) – the industry standard for encryption technology used to create a secure transaction environment. The SSL transaction does not retain your credit card number subsequent to the transaction at hand.

4. Supply of Content

PaperWeb Design will, without exception, refuse any order where the content provided by the customer is deemed to be inappropriate including crude, pornographic, obscene, immoral, violent, or defamatory text and/or photographs.

5. Template Editing and Distribution

Templates are intended to be generic, and unless otherwise agreed, it is the responsibility of the customer to edit the template text to suit their requirements. It is the final responsibility of the customer to ensure all copy and content within the template is correct prior to printing and/or distribution, regardless of whether editing assistance is provided by PaperWeb Design.

6. Errors and Omissions

PaperWeb Design does not take responsibility for, nor shall be liable for incidental or consequential damages or loss as a result of errors or omissions that correspond with the information supplied by the customer.

7. Late submissions, booking or sale

PaperWeb Design does not take responsibility for, nor shall be liable for incidental or consequential damages or loss as a result of the customer not meeting their deadlines.

8. Ownership

All designs remain the property of PaperWeb Design.

9. Replacements and Refunds

Replacement products can be created within 2 working days in the instance whereby the product received by the customer is defective or suitably different to the product ordered. Alternatively, a full refund may be offered by PaperWeb Design.

10. Changing & Cancelling your Order

Orders can be changed or cancelled provided templates have not already been delivered to the customer. Where an order is cancelled after a template is delivered, the full amount is payable to PaperWeb Design.

11. Order Not Received

If a template is not received within an expected time frame, PaperWeb Design will resend the template and there will not be any additional costs for replacement beyond those originally authorised by the customer.

12. Inability to Supply

PaperWeb Design does not accept responsibility for, nor shall be liable for incidental or consequential damages or loss as a result of inability to supply due to unforeseen circumstances, acts of God, flood, fire, power outages, war, riots, strikes, sabotage, terrorist action, or illness.

13. Limitation of Liability

The customer agrees that it shall not hold PaperWeb Design or its agents or employees liable for any incidental or consequential damages which arise from PaperWeb Design's failure to provide products and services in a timely manner, regardless of whether such failure was caused by intentional or negligent acts or omissions of PaperWeb Design or a third party. Furthermore, PaperWeb Design disclaims all implied warranties, including the warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular use.

14. Links

PaperWeb Design web sites contain links to other sites. PaperWeb Design assumes no responsibility for the content or the privacy policies and practices of such web sites.

You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, permanently store, publish or otherwise transfer, or commercially exploit, any software, file, information, communication or other content received or accessed through this website or PaperWeb Design.
